LIFE TEAMS

ライフチームはこの教会での、聖書に書いてあるようなフェローシップ（交わり）を深めるための方法です。教会のそれぞれのメンバーが他のメンバーをよく知って、愛し、同時に他のメンバーに知ってもらい、愛されることを目的としています。
Life Teams are a way to promote in our church the fellowship we learn about in the Bible! We want everyone to be loving and knowing others and be loved and known by others.

ライフチームは：
…同性の3〜4人のグループで定期的に集まります。
…個人的なことでも深くシェアし合います。
…お互いを建てあげて、周りの人たちに福音を伝えるために、パートナーとして協力し合います。
LIFE TEAMS:
…meet regularly as groups of three or four people of the same sex
…share deeply and personally with each other
…partner together to build each other up and share the gospel with others

ライフチームでは6つの質問を通して、シェアとパートナーを進めていきます：
Specifically, Life Teams facilitate intentional conversation around six questions:

神様を礼拝する: 最近どういう風に神様を感じましたか？
罪を告白する : 何の罪を告白したいですか？
互いの重荷を負い合う: 最近、何が大変ですか？
互いの必要を知って助け合う : どんな助けを必要としていますか？
他の人の必要を知って助ける: 助けを必要としている人を知っていますか？
伝道のためのパートナーとなる: 神様を知って欲しいと思う人は誰ですか？
Worship God: How have you experienced God recently?
Confess sins: What sins do you want to confess?
Bear each other’s burdens: What’s been hard for you?
Help each other with needs: What could you use help with?
Help with others’ needs: Who do you know who could use help?
Partner for evangelism: Who do you want to come to know God?

教会のメンバーであれば、誰でもライフチームに参加できます。一緒のチームになりたい人がいれば声をかけて、一緒に申し込んでください（4人まで）。もしくは、1人で申し込んでいただければ、スタッフがグループを紹介します。
Any church member can join a Life Team. We recommend talking with others you know and signing up as a pair or group. Alternatively, you can sign up as an individual, and church staff can form your group with others who sign up.

申し込んでグループができたら、ライフチームとして集まって一緒にトレーニングセッションに参加します。そこで、ライフチームでの交わりはどんなものになるのかや、どのようにして進めていけばいいのか、何を期待できるのかを学びます。
After signing up and forming a group, potential Life Teams will complete a training session. In this session, you’ll learn about the kind of fellowship Life Teams promote, how Life Teams work, and what you can expect.
